These are amazing photos from the rebuilding of one of the Sherman tanks used in the movie “Fury”. This M4A4 was hit by the Tiger I in the tank battle scene, the hull was fitted with a fibreglass turret to allow the turret to be blown off.

This M4A4 replaced Roy’s tank “Lucy Sue” for this one scene. This is the progress of the rebuild after the movie and some photos of what she looked like before the movie.
