This DH.98 Mosquito owned by American Gerry Yagen was restored by Avspects team lead by Warren Denholm and took seven years to complete. Nice encounter, WWII P-38 pilot reunited with his plane

A 100-year old WWII pilot visiting a colorado air museum found the old P-38 Lightning he flew in the South Pacific... the chance encounter is military history in and of itself, but now the old pilot wants one more trip to the cockpit of his old ship that saved his life during the war.read more
