As AllTheTanks says on Youtube, that this is a vintage German Tiger I tank that was captured during World War II by Russians and as you can see, it is still working today. In fact, they entitle the video as "Tiger 1 tank still functional test drive HD".

Judge for yourself, but anyway is great.
