The Vossenberg was a strategic stronghold and fortress complex and part of the Peel-Raam Position in the south of the Netherlands during World War II. Of the former seven bunkers are still present five lying on a front of about 500 m. Most of the bunkers are in good kept condition and trenches are still visible in the area. The area is kept as monument and open for public.
