EIGHT young men from one family who fought the Nazis and returned to tell their tales are revealed today as a true band of brothers. They followed in the footsteps of their father who left his family to fight in the First World War a century ago. Between them they saw action on land and on the high seas – from Dunkirk, North Africa and Italy to the Middle East.
