Izumo was an armored cruiser of the Imperial Japanese Navy. Izumo was the leadship of the Izumo-class cruisers. During World War II, she was used as a training vessel. Ryūhō was a light aircraft carrier of the Imperial Japanese Navy. She was bombed and badly damaged by carrier-based aircraft of the Task Force 58 on March 19th 1945, near Kure Harbor, Japan. This video shows the wreck of the Ryuho in Kure harbor.
