The beast of the this amazing footage is the WTS Koblenz "Jagdpanther" as it should be seen, out on the training ground. This is one of the three surviving Jagdpanthers have been restored to running condition.

A North American A-36 Apache starts up and departs Airventure 2012. That is a beutifully restored warbird. The A-36 was powered by the Allison V-1710-87 engine, which provided more power at low altitude – peaking at 1,325hp at 3,000 feet.

It's a Continental R-975 C4 radial engine. It sounds exactly like an airplane engine should. Shitty at idle and powerful at speed. Beautiful engine sound!! 12 cylinders diesel!! The T-34/85 gave the Red Army a tank with better armour and mobility than the German Panzer IV. This model became the standard Soviet medium tank, with an uninterrupted production run until the end of the war.
